Barossa Valley

With hot, dry summers and cool, moderate winters, the Barossa Valley is one of Australia’s top wine regions with consistently outstanding vintages over the past 160 years.

The region was pivotal in the evolution of Australian wine in the 1970s and 1980s, helping to bring fine Australian wine to a global audience. It’s now an internationally acclaimed region with the Shiraz variety being the star performer.

Eden Valley

With its warm days, cool nights and plenty of sunshine during the growing season, the Eden Valley wine region is known for long and slow ripening periods and is one of Australia’s foremost cool-climate wine regions.

The region's signature varieties are Riesling and Shiraz and the wines are renowned for their elegance and complex flavours. The vineyards typically produce white wines of high aromatic profile, brisk acidity and refreshing feel whilst the red wine variety is reflected in medium weight, juicy fruited and fragrant wines.
